Welcome to Banting Work Hub. These Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure a professional, safe, and pleasant working environment for all users. By accessing, registering, or using our facilities and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. Operating Hours
    Banting Work Hub operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is closed on Sundays. Access outside these hours is not permitted unless prior approval is granted by management.

 

  1. Membership Term and Contract
    All memberships are subject to a minimum contract period of six (6) months. This contract period helps us maintain a consistent and well-managed working environment. Early termination is not permitted unless approved by management, and no refunds or prorated adjustments will be provided for early termination.

 

  1. Security Deposit
    A refundable security deposit of RM300 is required prior to granting access. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the contract period, provided that there are no outstanding payments, damages, or breaches of these Terms and Conditions. Banting Work Hub reserves the right to deduct any applicable charges from the deposit where necessary.

 

  1. Access Control and Fingerprint System
    For security purposes, Banting Work Hub uses a fingerprint-based access control system. Users are required to register and use this system responsibly. Fingerprint access is managed through a third-party platform (Tuya App), and Banting Work Hub does not store or manage biometric data beyond access authorisation. By using the system, users acknowledge that biometric data handling is governed by the third-party provider’s policies. Sharing access or allowing unauthorised entry is not permitted.

 

  1. Payment and Access Suspension
    All fees must be settled on or before the agreed due date. In the event of late payment, access to the premises, including fingerprint access, may be temporarily suspended until payment is fully received. Repeated late payments may result in termination of membership without refund.

 

  1. CCTV Surveillance
    CCTV surveillance is in place throughout the premises for safety and security purposes. By entering Banting Work Hub, users consent to video recording. CCTV recordings may be reviewed where necessary for investigations, dispute resolution, or legal compliance, in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws.

 

  1. Accessibility Notice
    Banting Work Hub is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Please note that wheelchair or lift access is not available. Users are advised to consider this before booking or accessing the premises.

 

  1. Use of Workspace and Facilities
    All facilities are provided strictly for professional, business, and lawful purposes. Users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Any activities that are illegal, unethical, or disruptive are not permitted. Banting Work Hub reserves the right to request users to leave the premises if these standards are not met.
  2. Meeting Room Usage
    Meeting rooms are intended solely for professional use, including meetings, discussions, interviews, presentations, and workshops. Activities that are illegal, immoral, or unlawful are strictly prohibited. Misuse may result in termination of the booking and further action where appropriate.
    9.1  Meeting Room Booking System
    – Meeting room reservations are managed exclusively through the Banting Work Hub website using an online booking system integrated with a payment gateway.
    – All bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment. – The system is designed to prevent overlapping reservations, and bookings are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
    – Walk-in bookings, manual reservations, or offline scheduling are not supported. – – Users are responsible for ensuring that bookings are completed correctly through the system.
    – Banting Work Hub shall not be held responsible for issues arising from incomplete bookings, failed payments, or user errors during the booking process.

 

  1. Noise Policy
    Users are kindly requested to maintain reasonable noise levels at all times. Phone calls and discussions should be conducted in a manner that does not disturb others, particularly in shared working areas. Management may request users to relocate or adjust their activities if necessary.

 

  1. Food and Pantry Policy
    Outside food is permitted only within the designated pantry area. Eating at workstations or in meeting rooms is not allowed. Cooking and strong-smelling food are not permitted. A microwave is provided for reheating food only. Users are encouraged to keep the pantry area clean after use.

 

  1. Complimentary Refreshments
    Coffee, tea, and snacks are offered as a complimentary convenience and are not included as part of any membership or monthly fees. Availability may vary, and Banting Work Hub reserves the right to modify or discontinue complimentary items at any time.

 

  1. Membership Usage Policy
    Banting Work Hub currently operates on a membership-only basis and does not offer daily passes. Access and usage are subject to an active membership and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. Internet Usage
    Internet access is provided for general business use. Users are expected to use the network responsibly and refrain from activities that are illegal or compromise network security. Banting Work Hub is not responsible for data loss or service interruptions.

 

  1. Personal Belongings
    Users are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Banting Work Hub shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

 

  1. Damage to Property
    Users may be held responsible for any damage caused to facilities, furniture, or equipment due to misuse or negligence. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

 

  1. Health and Safety
    Users are expected to comply with all safety instructions and guidelines within the premises. Banting Work Hub shall not be responsible for injuries arising from misuse of facilities or failure to follow safety instructions.

 

  1. Visitors and Guests
    Visitors are permitted only with prior approval from management. Users are responsible for ensuring that their guests comply with these Terms and Conditions. Banting Work Hub reserves the right to limit or deny visitor access where necessary.

 

  1. Force Majeure
    Banting Work Hub shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including power outages, internet disruptions, natural disasters, or government actions. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such circumstances.

 

  1. Termination of Access
    Banting Work Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms and Conditions are breached. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent termination of membership without refund.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability
    Banting Work Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Any liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant membership period.

 

  1. Amendments
    These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the facilities constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

  1. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
